Inspirational Aesthetics

The Kolink Inspire Series is known for its bold aesthetics, bright RGB lighting, and all-around stylish good looks. The Kolink Inspire K12 Mid-Tower PC Case fits the trend, but is the first of the series to focus on airflow in equal measure. The front panel features mesh panelling, accented by two ARGB LED strips. This lighting is paired with a pre-installed Kolink Umbra S ARGB/PWM 120mm fan, mounted upon the back panel. Both these devices can be synced and controlled utilising the reset button or compatible motherboard software.

Forming the perfect backdrop to this lighting is the classic matte black finish on the metal frame. To showcase your high-end hardware, the Kolink Inspire K12 has a half-panel tempered glass door, hinged for easy access and held in place with magnets instead of screws. This panel is also tinted, for a sophisticated finish.

Inspired Airflow

In addition to the mesh panelling, the Kolink Inspire K12 has extensive support for both air and water-cooling, as well as a fully ventilated PSU shroud. The front panel can support either three 120mm or 140mm fans. Alternatively, radiators up to 360mm long can be mounted here instead. Upon the ceiling there is space for two fans of either size or a slim 240mm radiator, and smaller. The pre-installed 120mm fan rests on the rear panel and can be replaced with a radiator of the same size. What’s more, there are two 120mm fan mounts on the PSU shroud, to further enhance the cooling in that secondary chamber. Finally, there is clearance for CPU coolers up to 160mm tall.

Hardware Inspo

The Kolink Inspire K12 is more than just a beautiful PC case. This chassis is intelligently designed to support an astounding range of gaming hardware. The backplate can accommodate motherboards in ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX form factors, with seven PCIe expansion slots on the rear panel. There is clearance for GPUs up to 330mm in length, ensuring the chassis compatible with a wide selection of graphics cards that are currently available. The ventilated PSU shroud has space for power supplies up to 180mm long.

For storage, up to four drives can be installed within the Kolink Inspire K12. There are two brackets that can support either 2.5” SSDs or 3.5” HDDs, as well as two removeable SSD trays on the back of the motherboard plate. This allows for a flexible storage solution that is both fast and has ample capacity.

Inspire Functionality

To make cable management easier, the Kolink Inspire K12’s I/O panel is mounted on the side. This allows for better cable routing to the motherboard. This I/O panel includes two USB 2.0 and one USB 3.1 port, along with an HD audio jack.

Helping to prevent dirt build up, the Kolink Inspire K12 Mid-Tower PC Case is equipped with two dust filters. The first is located on the top panel and is magnetic, to enable you to easily remove and clean the filter. The second dust filter is found at the bottom of the chassis.
