The CPU radiator features an anodized black frosted finish, showcasing twin towers with a frosted texture. It includes seven fully plated, blackened heat pipes and a precision micro-engraved copper base that significantly enhances cooling performance. The design avoids interference with the graphics card, ensuring greater compatibility with the CPU cooler.

The Phantom Spirit 120 EVO CPU cooler measures 125mm (L) x 135mm (W) x 157mm (H) (4.92 x 5.3 x 6.18 inches). Constructed with an aluminum heatsink, it features an anodized black frosted top and a finely carved pure copper base. The design avoids memory interference, and the all-aluminum fins maximize heat dissipation. Coupled with high-conductivity thermal paste, this cooler delivers exceptional cooling efficiency.
It utilizes seven 6mm heat pipes with upgraded 4th generation AGHP technology, allowing for effective heat transfer regardless of orientation. With a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours, the S-FDB bearings ensure durability. Constructed from UL class A safety insulation low-grade industrial-strength PBT + PC materials, this cooler is built to last.
The CPU cooler is equipped with a fan that combines high RPM with striking aesthetics. Operating at 2150 RPM, it quickly dissipates heat. The central red clay block serves as a stabilizer, while the fan is accented by four rounded ARGB lines, creating a visually appealing, high-performance cooling solution.

While most orders are shipped via selected professional couriers (DHL,OTO, SMSA) ,the shipping company is chosen by the GIGATE operation team based on product type, warehouse location, and customer destination address. Customers can provide special instructions in the comments box or inform GIGATE customer service during their address verification call.
