To ensure that any gaming PC or workstation built with a Pure Base 600 is whisper quiet, this case is equipped with sound proofing material attached to the front, top, and right panels. As a result, the majority of the Pure Base 600 boasts a metal and plastic construction, with the left side panel formed from tempered glass.
To further enhance its acoustic performance, the Pure Base 600 minimises fan noise through adjustable fan speeds. With its integrated fan controller, the Pure Base 600 offers three different fan speeds, with silent, performance, and balanced modes. You can toggle between these using the 3-stage switch on the front I/O panel. To keep your fans clean, which helps to reduce air turbulence, the Pure Base 600 includes dust filters at the front and bottom of the case.
Versatile Interior
The Pure Base 600 is an ideal choice for building a computer, whether that’s for a dream gaming PC or powerful creative workstation. The spacious interior is large enough to facilitate a wide variety of hardware, including Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, and ATX motherboards. Furthermore, with seven expansion slots and a GPU clearance of up to 425mm, you’ll easily be able to install a full-sized modern graphics card.
In addition to this, the Pure Base 600 is equipped with a highly versatile solution for storage drives. There are two standard mounting points for 2.5" SSDs behind the motherboard tray, and the Pure Base 600 includes three detachable 3.5" HDD drive sleds. These can each hold a single 3.5" drive or two 2.5" SSDs, for a total of up to eight drives. The Pure Base 600 also features space to install two more drive sleds, increasing the maximum drive count to twelve! However, with all drive sleds installed, the GPU clearance is reduced to 280mm.

Alternatively, the Pure Base 600 is a fantastic option for water cooling, boasting several features that have been optimised for water cooling solutions. This includes offering three locations to mount radiators, with the front and top panel facilitating 360mm models, and the rear panels being compatible with a 120mm rad. Plus, the large main chamber has plenty of space for installing a custom water loop, including a pump, reservoir, and tubing.
To ensure ideal airflow through the chassis, the Pure Base 600 includes mounting points for up to six 120mm fans. These can be arranged with three attached to the front panel, two mounted to the top panel, and a single fan at the rear. What’s more, the Pure Base 600 comes with two Pure Wings 2 fans pre-installed.
