Innovative modular design
The TOUGHBOOK 55 features six user-upgradeable expansion areas including memory, storage, keyboard and three xPAK areas. The xPAK’s now include an all new barcode reader as well as optical drives, authentication readers as well as additional I/O, batteries and additional storage drives. This unparalleled customization enables organizations to help futureproof, simplify ordering, shorten lead times and decrease downtime.
Unprecedented all-day battery life
With up to 19 hours of battery life, or 38 with optional second battery and the ability to hot swap, workers can easily work in the field or pass their unit to the next shift without worrying about low battery.
Color-selectable Backlit Keyboard
The color-selectable backlit keyboard has four levels of brightness and allows you to select from four preset colors or create your own. Compared to the TOUGHBOOK 54, it is 3x brighter and has double the number of user-definable keys, a seamless 25% larger touchpad and keyboard icons that are backlit for easier night viewing.
Tetra-array microphones
Featuring four microphones that offer class leading speech recognition and up to 3x the accuracy in noisy environments. The tetra-array microphones are paired with an infrared webcam which supports facial recognition using Windows Hello and has a privacy cover for security.
Day/Night Mode
Can be turned on manually or automatically based on the amount of light or the time of day to preserve night vision and reduce eye strain. Users can select between 12 different screen effects, as well as display brightness, keyboard brightness and color options.

GIGATE dispatches products from six warehouses in distinct regions to streamline shipping and minimize delivery times. We employ professional carriers and logistics systems to cover all cities in Saudi Arabia, ensuring efficient tracking of shipments.
How do we ship?
While most orders are shipped via selected professional couriers (DHL,OTO, SMSA) ,the shipping company is chosen by the GIGATE operation team based on product type, warehouse location, and customer destination address. Customers can provide special instructions in the comments box or inform GIGATE customer service during their address verification call.
Shipping Rates:
GIGATE offers Free Shipping on all products, excluding special items that incur additional shipping costs.
